Successfully completed full site preparation and excavation on a challenging steep waterfront lot south of Ladysmith for a custom single-family home. The scope included tree and topsoil removal, excavation and backfilling, and the installation of MSE bag retaining walls—laying a solid foundation for long-term stability and construction.
