In order to achieve this goal, that all safety related incidents are preventable, the Lubec Construction Ltd Health and Safety Management System is committed to higher standards than just regulatory compliance.

For our Safety Management System to function at the high standard we set for our company, we understand that it can only be achieved through continuous improvement. At Lubec Construction Ltd we are actively looking for innovative ways to improve our safe work practices and work with our sub-contractors to embrace a culture that is unwilling to compromise when it comes to keeping people safe at work.

Through this commitment to innovation, we have evolved our Safety Management System by embracing technology to utilize a top down and bottom up approach that keeps every member of our organization connected from our work sites to our head office. Lubec Construction Ltd has implemented a collaborative, integrated and functional approach to our health and safety management system where we can focus on balanced, coordinated, and integrated real time information to control risk management and ensure compliance to our policies.

We recognize that our people are our most valuable resource, and we are dedicated to ensuring that they are trained accordingly and mentored in safe work practices and procedures, emergency response scenarios, specialized PPE, and critical tasks. All personnel receive an in depth and site specific orientation to ensure that they know their roles or duties in the event of an emergency situation and those scenarios are practiced regularly on all Lubec Construction Ltd work sites and office locations.
